CyberCapacity.org was created by Robert Collett as a place to share ideas and resources for fellow international capacity builders and the cyber diplomacy community. Most of the content is his own, but guest contributors are welcome.
The ideas on the site are those of the authors and do not reflect the positions of any organisations they have worked for or with.
Robert was a UK diplomat for 17 years, the last four of which he spent as a programme manager and advisor for international cybersecurity capacity building. In 2020, he began working independently on research and consultancy. He has written on capacity building for the Journal of Cyber Policy and EUISS, and is an Associate Fellow at Chatham House. His clients include the World Bank, Canada and EU.
